Refund policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
Once the item has been returned and determined to be in good condition we will issue a refund. If return shipping takes an excessive amount of time to arrive back and the item is dead or damaged on arrival a return will not be honored.
We don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
We are not responsible for any damages or loss during shipment, however we will work with customers on an individual basis in the event something happens to your plants.
